Inquiry about new purchase house, Not yet sign SNP

Hihi sifu, wanna ask, recently i had paid booking fees to my developer ans he gave me a geran named hakmilik sementara.
in the geran , there is a statement wriiten "pengisytiharaan rezab melayu" and the printed owners are all chinese name.
my developer told me that this is freehold.
I am a chinese and now i am struggling want to continue to sign the snp or not.
The house is estimated to be done by year 2021
shall i proceed ? kindly advise. thanks.

From what i understanding, if the land stated "pengistiharaan rezab melayu" normally is only to malay usage. U better check carefully before signing this SPA. |

Kedah has to reserve 50% for bumi unit
Maybe the unit is bumi reserve unit. But the developer can change it back if pay a sum of compensation.
