Yes. If you bought the pen, it required AAAA batteries. Not common size can't get from 7-11. I can only buy online

Not extra. its as what they advertised.

when received see difference, complain to their CS. Then they change everything. in the advert see already updated, even in my account the configuration they can update it

After few days got a call from Lenovo Premium Care Support yesterday and they ask me to send some details to their email.

Which I did, send them photos of the drive in task manager, explorer and even the specs on the box. Got a call back after that saying they will inform the sales team on my issue and will get back to me in few days time.

Then today got a call from them, offering me 7% discount.  hmm.gif

But i rejected it saying it was too low, ask them to offer higher discount. shakehead.gif

So after few hours got a call back with a 10% discount which I accepted. You can try for higher discount and see when they contact u later...

this model, no 82HU001WMJ, is supposed to be 512GB only.

anyway have they contacted u yet?

Their CS service never call. Only through email show me in the system my order is 512GB.

Thanks for the reminder of the sales order. I check in lenovo site that the configuration has been wipe out thought I have no more proof.
