Hi guys, I placed an order on the 19th May and I haven't gotten my order yet as of today. Since tracking its movement till its arrival in Malaysia on 11th May, i've been calling Lenovo every few days to get an update. And all they've responded was, "Oh, it arrived at OUR warehouse and should ship in a few days".
And all the while UPS keeps updating daily that its pending clearance.

Today while trying to call Lenovo, for some reason all their lines dont work anymore. 1800-22-2220 and 1800-88-5266 just not reachable with any phones anymore. And when i did manage to reach someone who works at Lenovo (via their tech support) before i managed to give my details, the line just cuts.

So i went and scoured for UPS's customer support, and turns out, they've been emailing Lenovo even long before 11th May to get them to submit their SIRIM permit paperwork so that they can immediately send the laptops to me without hiccup. And they've been emailing Lenovo every day with no response from them.
