The laptop model I'm planning to get is not yet available in any of the physical stores, and there's a discount from the Lenovo website. I'm wondering if anyone has experience buying it directly from the Lenovo Malaysia website?
Did it take long? Any issues?
Found some bad reviews but almost a year ago. Wonder if they have improved

They can usually respond faster, at least to just cancel one of the payments
