u want the i5 u series?

after searching for reviews of the thinkbook 14+ on douyin and bilibili, apparently the battery life with i5 12500H is very disappointing. around 4-5 hours with intergrated graphics, and 2-3 with rtx 2050.

i think im going for p28 cpu.

there are complaints about i5 12500H screen glitch after updating driver. most are solved after reverting to old driver. but there are some cases that are not solved.
most reviews say that everything is perfect except battery life, and screen glitch.

from china reviews, battery life with h series is really bad. around 4 hours max for normal tasks (video call, browsing, document). in power saving mode. also, there are many reports of screen glitch as shown above.

p series is more balanced. it can provide u ok performance, better battery life than h series. but i still unsure about it... i want a laptop with good battery life and ok performance.

there are just full of problems from china reviews. qc check is really bad, uneven rubber feet when placed on table, screen glitch, keyboard key not bouncing back etc.

however the price is still very good. if you're not rushing, just get a replacement, right... also, if you plan to use it plugged in all the time, ofc get the h series.

yes u can but the minimum power consumption of h series is way higher than p series. 4hours is on battery saving mode with h series
as long as ur laptop is in maximum performance mode in windows, maximum performance in Lenovo vantage then u can get max performance.

yup. but not gonna wait. and i will avoid amd for some time for now, due to ftpm stuttering issue.

yes. it was shipped by tiongnam logistics. they deliver new unit and collect old unit simultaneously. note that u need a box to package ur old laptop though. no need original box, just any box that fits. i dont know the date they purchased the replacement unit. oct 13 i agreed with replacement laptop specs, oct 17 they called for delivery arrangement on oct 20. delivered on oct 21 due to some delivery issue

not too sure on this. initially requested for a refund instead of replacement. they asked for invoice. where did u purchase this laptop? if from lenovo website should still obtainable

dont worry, battery meter on windows has been inaccurate for many laptop models including mine

if ur existing warranty is premium warranty then u can just give a call to 1800818614 and tell the guy u have incorrect warranty start date. they will prolly ask u to send ur purchase invoice to them via email.
