this could be my first or worst order experience with lenovo. i do not understand why it is so hard to process an order
placed an order for ideapad 3 (r3 5300u) on 29.11.2021. . for first 2 days, it shows 'ON HOLD DUE TO CREDIT ISSUE"? wadepak? i contacted CS and he confirmed that amount has been received. briefly, i saw it was being processed (with the timeline)..then the next day till now, it shows ON HOLD DUE TO credit issue again? wadepak2? emailed them again, n no response..wth..simple ordering system cannot be done right. Anyone has experience of the 2.8K - Glare vs 2.2K - Anti Glare screen ?
I personally dislike glare screen as the reflection makes it difficult to read in bright condition but then it's nice to have 2.8K & 90Hz.. Is the 2.2K (Anti Glare) appearance like a Matte screen ? Secondly, would there be a better discount voucher coming 12.12 ? Or where can I find a better deal compared to the current "BuyNow" code, which gives around 7% discount.  |

To anyone that's interested this is my Lenovo Shipping experience. Model I bought was ThinkPad E14 Gen 3 AMD (Cezanne) - Build Your Own with a shipping time of estimated 8-10 weeks if based on what was shown on the website during the purchase. Fortunately it took me by surprise as it shipped way earlier than I expected.
