I went through your posts, yours didn't mention anything about remote area? Probably cause I'm in a smaller town, not Kuching or Sibu. I called them this morning too and the cs just said something about my parcel getting sorted out by the local agents when I ask where's my parcel. So I just said ok, lol.. no idea how to continue asking, or if I need to.

In my case, parcel reached Kuching via flight. Then from Kuching, land transport to Sibu. May i know how remote is your town? Kanowit? Kapit?

Sorting in local agents means your thing is in Sarawak already. Just need to know where is transit centre now.
