FAQ Guest Control, Lock up my pc...but how

hi dudes
im using windows vista business
and im leaving for my university in a short while
and i wont be bringing my pc for the first month
my mum said i shud let my bro play the thing
but i know no one will take care of it
but still an order's an order

okay
i wanna set up my pc just like those cyber cafes where they disallow u to do this and that
how do i do that with my pc?
i really wanna learn
the basic security function in vista (where u set u as administrator can only have full access to the stuffs) aint fool proof cuz i can unlock it...haha...though my bro aint that smart but he can find it out later on

any ideas?
i just want a simple solution on this

u know where when he clicks on the drive c:\ or whatever, it'll say unable to access, no permission...hehehehe rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

maybe any softwares
but i heard i can modify the root in the registry but im super no0b at that
