I know it may not solve all my problems, but if I write it in my private journal, at least, it would not make me feel regretful compared to me talking about it to Befrienders or people other than my siblings.
I know I have deep issues.
I am not suicidal anymore but I do fall into depression every now and then. I talk to my siblings occasionally but they are also like me, they have issues too because we grew up together in a shitty environment. I feel better talking to them or writing in my journal. For me, my journal is better.
Like the others say, they are not professionals.I know I have deep issues.

They are just volunteers from all walks of life - housewives,

There was a doctor, a GP, there many years ago though, whom
I discussed with on medical issues. He was quite open
and knowledgeable. I wished I had asked him where his clinic was.
If you can afford it, it would be far better to consult a psychologist
who is trained in hypnosis, and go for a course of hypnosis sessions.
There is one in the forum here, username Zeropoint9.
His name is Hiro Koo, and he is a practising psychologist
trained in hypnosis and biofeedback.
Hypnosis has been used to treat difficult and deepseated
psychological disorders like PTSD, or post traumatic stress disorder.
