Any idea what's happened to that sledgehammer Tropicana Uncle?

Any idea if the developer carried out the DLP or decided to continue with the court case or an out of court settlement has been reached?

Unker did a good job there, Tropicana went after him with a 20x bigger sledgehammer in form of lawyers letter and since then it's quiet.....I bet some out of court settlement by Unker in order to protect his retirement savings.

The tropicana unker has eaten more salt than most poorperly buyers here had rice. it is more likely developer will replace defective materials quietly.

Before you deliver to their hq, better to exam to ensure your appliances are not counterfeit.

The lawyer letter is for tropicana cheras case. Not related to the uncle, tropicana did not take any action against the uncle. Many people asked on FB but they din't say anything cause I believe they decided to settle off the record. Most likely promise him that they will give him big discounts to shut his mouth. Hence out of the blue the story twist to him being the representative and that the real owner is happy.
