Aris notebook : MG100 series

the power source connector(female) is broken.
Where can i send my notebook for repair?
The @ris service centre as mentioned on its website apparently doesnt exist.
I tried calling but no one picked up. I tried emailling, but their mailbox is full.

Pls HELP ..
