I’m just wondering the photo for speeding was taken from the back whether it was taken in a undercover police vehicle. Because when I was working in HK, I was booked by the traffic police on a motorbike, the speedometer has a trigger to clock my speed when he was following behind me. Just a thought. When the police stopped me he asked me to come out of my car and looked at his bic speedometer to show proof.
