QUOTE(k2k @ Jun 26 2007, 01:08 PM) but if u really want to learn, all the basics and foundamendal very important.. Start by practising dribble with left & right hand. And do remember to run 10 rounds b4 starting any sort of drills. Proper warm up is very important as well.

what rowan23 says is true..if u like really wanna train them seriously and not just teach them the fundamentals then need to run a lot..a lot of suicide and defensive shuffling, etc etc..but if u make them run so much then they will be bored..even i hate the conditioning part..so always skip training.. TS, if u need pointers, ask around, i'm sure there are people with more experience would help you...but conditioning is still the most important part of the whole training...so i would advice you to start running....run around the field/court say abt 5 rounds for warm-ups, then stretch, then run suicides, then push ups for upper body strength....
