I m a president of a B/Ball club in my school...in another word, i established it,i m 17 tis year
here is my problem,
tis school is in Presint 8 , PUTRAJAYA,since we are just started,i wanna noe anyone wan to join me in PRESINT 9 court
i need some real pros to teach my school 4 free since we dont really hav money
all boyz...10 to 20 ppl like tat
n i wan to noe more ppl from PUTRAJAYA that love to play basketball

just go to a court and play, no need teach. rarely does any school have anyone to teach them bball.

muahaha.. putrajaya.. sorry mate.. go to the court and play with the pro like +3kk!.. then u'll know how to play la..

but if u really want to learn, all the basics and foundamendal very important.. if u get use of ur own pattern.. then is too late to change liao..

Start by practising dribble with left & right hand. smile.gif
And do remember to run 10 rounds b4 starting any sort of drills.
Proper warm up is very important as well.

of coz i emphacise on proper warm up
i also got used to me style ald
thats y i wanna somebody to teach my club about fundalmental and basic
i dun wanna them to follow my style of playing...
my distribution:
Rebound(offensive/defensive)=10/20
dribble=30
reflex(emergency)=20
accuracy=10
passing=10
i think i more like a defensive player...

total=100
+3kk!

go seach the internet for drills brother then do them.

train normally only la..teach them shoot,pass and dribble la..i never had training before.. tongue.gif

what rowan23 says is true..if u like really wanna train them seriously and not just teach them the fundamentals then need to run a lot..a lot of suicide and defensive shuffling,etc etc..but if u make them run so much then they will be bored..even i hate the conditioning part..so always skip training.. smile.gif

TS, if u need pointers, ask around, i'm sure there are people with more experience would help you...but conditioning is still the most important part of the whole training...so i would advice you to start running....run around the field/court say abt 5 rounds for warm-ups, then stretch, then run suicides, then push ups for upper body strength....

go youtube, search bball foundamendal.. sure got a lot one.. i watch 1 last night, coaching by c.boozer,s.nash,r.allen,b.bowen.. quite nice,for different position..
