Recently, I enrolled to one investment class and the tutor recommend the students to buy this investment tools, which is claimed from UK.

Is there anyway to find out whether the website is really registered in UK or it's a scam whereby the site owner register it in Malaysia and merely publish a UK address just as fake contact?

Thanks for the info.

There is a lot of confusion with all that SSL certificates. Some may expired, some may be not from good solid broker or something like that. If they are doing some legit business - there is nothing to hide under whois anyway. Are you with me here ?

So, is this website legit?

The best way I've founf out to spot a fake website is observing its web address.
You can tell that if the website has https at the beginning then it is not a fake website.
If the website doesn't have https in the beginning then it may not be a real website.
It is not going to work 100% of the time, but it'll surely work most of the time.
