QUOTE(Tyyb @ May 19 2019, 06:53 PM) PSU, you get what you pay for. It powers up your entire system. If really on a budget, can consider this: https://www.lelong.com.my/evga-500w-500bv-8...0-08-Sale-P.htm But highly recommended to top up a lil and at least go for this: https://www.lelong.com.my/super-flower-500w...0-08-Sale-P.htm |

When i build my first Ryzen PC, the PSU i bought was the third thing most expensive, compares to my GPU and display.
Which is SeaSonic Prime. Or, just hold on a little longer, Zen 2 is just around the corner. So you can wait for pay day and Zen+ CPU price drop, or just grab the new Zen 2 CPU. |

i bought a corsair rm550x for rm350 during a lesapda sale.
it's great and semi passive. only saves a few watts compared to bronze seasonic s12ii. QUOTE(Tyyb @ May 20 2019, 02:02 PM) sounds like a bomb.just go with seasonic s12ii. https://www.lazada.com.my/products/seasonic...s415072821.html https://www.lazada.com.my/products/silverst...s926360127.html This post has been edited by shirohamada: May 21 2019, 01:03 AM |

650W version of this model stomps anything you can find at this price.

Every PSU have power label.
Check the red box. Buy PSU that has Max Output Current > 30A Your Max System Load must be less than Max Output Power . ![]() |

To be most certainly sure, go for something like 700W from someone, I really suggest that cause many manufacturers may produce PSU, but they really not providing they power they advertise. That's the deal, if really brander one - 600W will be enough here.

Forget it. That's a fool's choice People here don't understand the importance of a good PSU, but some people just plod along with their ideology that "quality PSU doesn't mean squat as long as my system can run" Tyyb yep, I'm pointing at you |

QUOTE(zapris @ May 24 2019, 04:27 PM) The leadex is actually a tier 1 psu. Very high quality build.CM v650 comes in both semi and fully modular. You need to check yourself which model they are selling as the fully modular is tier 1 (better build) than the semi modular (tier 2). Price wise i think the leadex a bit cheaper. |
