Hi, I have the setup below.

The Unifi works fine. I had just relocated temporarily so i wanted to use my previous router (Tenda AC18) for maxis too. Just that the simple method of selecting [Maxis] or [Unifi] type of connection doesn't work for the pppoe.
I am assuming its a simple custom Vlan addressing, I just couldn't find the correct one.

I have tried the Vlan 621 and each of the Vlan found below.
This is the router status from Tp-link Archer C5v (the one that can go online with maxis account)

I don't need the voip, i just need the internet.
Can someone in the know to point to the right way. thanks. notworthy.gif

Else, I'm just going to have to set the Archer for ppoe...sigh.. I have tried another router with ddwrt but its harder to get the correct port addressing.

VLAN ID is 621 for PPPOE connection

821 is VOIP and
822 is for TR069

I understand that you are running dual ISP simultaneously. Its no problem. I know this must be stupid but just to rule out ... Are u using the same router for both ISP?

Also I240G has two different types. It has VDSL and FTTH (Fibre) types. Can u tell what type of connection is your BTU?

Yeah the dual ISP works with Archer router. Its Ftth to the BTU (Landed house).

The odd thing is the wizard setup in Archer when the maxis tech came and do. He used TM config while the Vlan in the screenshot of the status is 621. So I had tried redoing the wizard, and yeah its TM config.

No, its two different router same model. I want to replace the Archer because the firmware update that maxis tech put in isn't stable after I used it for the week. I want to have a comparison with another router.

Is this simple Wan Vlan and Lan Vlan setting in Tenda sufficient? if not i can try another brand with custom bridging, but the solution would get more complicated then.

So, if i could solve this pppoe just by setting WAN and LAN vlan in Tenda. That will be awesome.
