Im searching for 144hz 1080p monitor.
I found these 2 models from ACER which im interested in and both are within my budget.

Now, im confuse which one should I get.

Can you convince me which one should I choose.

Mainly for gaming, and sometimes for work. ( Excel, powerpoint, CATIA)
