Im saving up for buy the next gen console. From my calculation should be able save enough end of next year to buy whatever come out. Which one is better console? My preference is got good games and preferable no need subscription or anything. Just buy the games that I like and play without paying extra. If got good multiplayer service then is superb. Maybe some family oriented games that canbe play with kids and some serioius stuff like mortal konbat for alone play.

well, for starter you can look at what kind of exclusive games each console has or going to have and decide which exclusive game you can't live without and then go for that console

Other than exclusive games then theres not much other difference? Cos all games will probably come out on all console versions right?

but it just a minor upgrade like PS4 fat and PS4 slim/ PS4 pro

last time i use PS4. when play games with multiplayer, i need to subscribe to their subscription service named PS+.
but its quite cheap around 100 something per year.
now im not sure how they works cos i already sell my ps4.

you can play it offline, u still can update and patch the game through online, just u cant connect to online multiplayer, same goes to Nintendo switch

then ok la. if need to play online time only i pay the online fee. not all games need to show off achievement online.

but for me, rm100++ for 1 year of subscription is ok and affordable. cos u also will get 2 free games per month.

last time i only bought few titles, the rest i just play free games until i bored and sold my ps4.

limited free games or of your choice? like that cheaper than buy the cd

Yes , there are these switch fanbois who want every game on their platform .

Watch how they begged , cried for Persona 5 on switch to no avail except for the Dynasty warrior version which isn't even made by the same studio , probably .


The switch is lagging far behind the current gen consoles in terms of hardware .
Unless you are a big fan of the 1st party titles of Nintendo , most games are running miles better on the Playstation.

There are exclusives on both platform . You also need to take a serious look at the game catalog as a whole.


I have a switch and have gotten 27 games on it , I 've maybe played half of them .

Personally I can't stand playing my switch on TV , especially for demanding games where it dropped down to 500p , it is almost unbearably ugly on a big screen.
So if you are a graphic whore like me , switch is probably not for you.

Not just playstation , on switch You also need to subscribe to their online services in order to play games online nowadays .

So yes , on both network you also need to pay for a special subscription if you want to play games like Super smash bro online.

when come to console, PS is always my choice. they got too many nice exclusive. The Sony make sure they focus in that and thats is also why i will always choose them. (not a fan of family game though, so nitendo definitely not for me).

PS also has sharing feature though, before i sold my PS4 me and my bro we both own our own PS4 but only he subsrcibe to the PS+ and only he bought game. i never buy anything i just bought the PS4 and he set my PS4 as his primary. problem solve. now i can play all the digital games he bought previously and all the free games PS+ given to him. and you know what i can even play multiplayer game with him without needed to subscribe anything. if you ask me i tell it is damn worth it.
