Hi Forumers, I heard there is a product in the market which helps reduce sugar level in your body. I was told that it can also help break down the sugar so that your body can absorb it better. I see all their testimonial macam yes on FB. A bit skeptical but feeling like trying it.

So does this magic supplement help you absorb or reduce sugar?

The product claims to facilitate insulin activation to help glucose to be utilized by cells so that the glucose level in the blood drops. It is incorrect to say it helps break down sugar. Insulin does not do that.

However I'm not sure if the product does what it claims to do.

Yes true. Without any workout and reduction of sugar intake, definitely cannot slim down. I was thinking of taking it while continue on my workout so that it can show faster results.

Fasting is better. fasting has enormous benefits not just for weight loss, but to cure diabetes, and overcome insulin resistance among other benefits. The reason why nobody talks about fasting is because there's no money to be made. there's no pill, powder, equipment to sell. Nobody makes money so nobody promotes it
