In layman term, piling is required for foundation before pile cap, then followed by ground beam, slab and columns. That is to ensure no major cracks will appear in the near future due to ground settlement.

But then what is done is done. Just have your fingers crossed and pray hard that no major cracks will appear in the coming years.

normally must get council approval and structural engineer sign off. did you get it ?

Very nice. Bro how do you hide the cables from your tv to socket? I don’t see any cables and it’s wall mounted.
