widening the front gate pillar...now the size is around 16.5 ft for the gate flex.gif

TNB just relocate the tnb meter which i ofund it unnecessary for them to do it. My wireman can do it with cheaper price. What a waste to pay TNB to do it, some more is unfinished job. doh.gif

shall able to move in everything by end of this month

Brother. In the end you use what material for your kitchen cabinets? 3G/4G or nyatoh? Because I don’t see the finished kitchen cabinets.

Did you check the price for nyatoh? I’m planning to have nyatoh for cabinet doors.

I’m planning to plant some grass too for breakfast, lunch and dinner laugh.gif
*
that tiles cost me less than RM2 per tiles biggrin.gif

price for nyatoh is slightly cheaper a bit. around RM10-RM20 difference based on sqft.

Glad to hear that nyatoh is cheaper than glass. I thought nyatoh is expensive hence why people seldom use. But turns out just that people prefer glass, nothing to do with price.

Just started research only. VP expected Dec 19. Need to prioritize according to budget, whichever can do later, will do later.
*
glass? you mean quartz?

I like the autogate and the extension you did on the porch!
I recently got a quote to do this extension on the porch to park 2 cars, spruce up the 2 storey linked property with new windows and doors, new bathrooms (3 only) and retiling kitchen. No extension. And the quote was RM100k?!?
Can you please advise me if I need to contact any got office to check if planning permission is needed for KL area?
*
haha...100k is rly a bit over then...
yes, you need to get reno permit from local council. if not, they will come after you...

I mean 3G/4G kitchen cabinet door which is a glass coated plywood instead of nyatoh door.
*
nyatoh door then is cheaper. but idk the price. coz i am using solid wood for table top only. cabinet door is 4g.
which 1 you engaged then?
