Lens Replacement for Spectacles

Being an absolute cheapskate I am trying to buy a cheap frame online and then get the lenses replaced in any shops in Klang Valley. Currently eyeing on the Transition lenses which helps in filtering out UV and blue lights.
Anyone has any recommended shop which offers lens replacement with reasonable price in Klang valley? Thanks. |

I feel like frames are generally not pricey in shops, it's always the lenses that cost. So might be worth just getting both in the shops since they might have packaged deals?
