This one I am not so sure. But on and off I heard my sis doing breast cancer patient stuffs. I think better just call the oncology dept. in PPUM and ask them

rather than a direct call, and most likely they would advise what I'm also about to suggest, is to ask the doctors that actually gave the first breast cancer diagnosis, to arrange for referral & documentation to ppum onco.
