One thing i realised when i switch from iphone to android is that safari is actually a much nicer browser than most android browsers

Features im looking for:
Forward and back button at bottom of screen
Video player in browser can skip/rewind 15 seconds
Permanant incognito mode

Is there any browser that is like this? I found that the look and feel of samsung browser is the closest but missing the features i mentioned
