Hi all, first home buyer here.

Recently a SA approached me and asked whether am i interested to Opal residence near Cheras South Area.

Tried to search from the google but have limited information as the SA mentioned it's under pre-launch.

Wow i didn't know copy & paste whatsapp content from some agent resulted wayang.

But is too far for me so you can continue my wayang brother.

L&D, this property is near mutiara heights area and honestly speaking is pretty good yet too far from city centre ...

Anyway what i know is their 1st phase is kind of sold out (visited on June) at price around RM 400k+ .

I would strongly recommend you to visit and ask around the neighbour Project such as Ameera / Oasis 1 & Oasis 2 on so call Reserved Forest View. I can guarantee you will hear a lot of the information which might change your thought to buy there.

i visit the area.... something funny when i saw the guard house entrance and exit for residence and visitor is terbalik... shakehead.gif for Ameera, Ivory and also Oasis... and is there not enough parking lots for residence? their cars are park road side... how if there are high dense 1 day, cant imagine the road side is full of cars.., didn't see any forest reserve as mention, may be is deep inside, dun know dry.gif

i observe the visitors hv to park their car infront tbe guardhse (hv a small carpark lots) and turn down to d guardhse to register, go bck to d car, than drive in to tne next entrance lane but not the lane nearby guardhse... perhaps, is a raining day... why so funny? izzit all tls developnent like tis...so pelik

Same, visited Ivory residence, sit in the car and ask the security guard take my phone to scan the visitor bar code, but the security guard refuse to come out from the guard house so I have to stop my car there and walk to guard house there to register, it so much easier if the visitor entrance is at the guard house side, so that visitor no need purposely get out from car to register, many other condo practice the same, duno what in the developer mind when planning the entrance.

I got chance to chitchat v the resident in oasis... seem they hv a lots issue and complaints raise to the developer and they r unhappy v the feedback given by dev.
Some complaints I really agree are responsibility of developer like security issue, the main entrance of the guard house (tis is not inconvenience lahh) ... Some more the owner inform they r fighting for the trash room to open to every floor.. tis is the 1st time I heard they hv to fight for d trash room in a new condo.. omg..

Is in saujana impian. Giant, Mcdonald standard charted bank there.

For Chinese own stay. Your diner will me Bandar tek, C180 is the best choice. The area only have 2 or 3 Chinese kopitiam. It is Malay area. Malay food not and issue.

Not consider Cheras South.
Cheras South is C180 area, from Cheras South to saujana impian is around 10to12km.

All prospective buyers must read. I am Oasis owner. yesterday as I was standing at my balcony, I saw TLS's new construction Opal collapsed right before my very eyes. In fact, probably at least a few hundred people can see it from the balcony. You can see the collapsed building even at the road at roundabout in front of Opal.

I saw some cars stopped at the road when they see the collapsing of the building. Being worried, I quickly called the 'TLS staff' which sold me the house last time, and turned out, he is not actually TLS staff but only an agent. He said he don't know because he only sell property, not after sale, can try call the police. So funny.

In the end, I found out from my group chat that an owner from Ivory Residence called the bomba for rescue. The calling of bomba was not even done by TLS company, such is the auto-pilotness of this company. Bomba came for some rescue work, hopefully no one dies.

Think twice before buying property from TLS because;
1) they are dishonest in presenting their property
2) their condo prices all dropped more than 10% after completion
3) their building workmanship is poor as testified by the many owners here and also their collapsed construction.

Hi, I just made a booking for this project for Block A type C. Wondering is it really good for own stay and if there's any major issue with it? I live nearby so I kinda know the environment in the surrounding area. Just wish to know if there are any major grievances from buyers. Thanks.
