Renew car insurance need postcode? I key in different postcode - Ipoh and KL - the insurance price changes. Wtf? Any difference if I put in Ipoh postcode but I drive my car in KL?

So my question is this:

1. Can I put Ipoh postcode when I renew my car insurance but I drive at KL
2. Which postcode offers the lowest insurance renewal cost? So far I know Ipoh > KL and Penang.
