Tak susah. But if you want cute, pretty, mentally stable, can do housework, cook, like sex. This type of girl you cannot find liao.
Based on experience and observation. As I get older, I started to realise I can never accept a girl with immature mentality. If you want a girl who is capable to be a mother, and has a stable attitude and mind, only girls above 28 have it. Somehow around that age, they finally realize that they cannot get away in life with just looks.

That girl also old or divorcee?
