Hi guys, I'd like to get some opinions on Sharp 4TC70AL1X. (I didn't want to create a new thread since this one is already discussing on the AL1X model.

I am basically attracted to its 70inch screen and it being an Android TV. Price is not too high for me too.

but at the same time, I also heard Sharp TVs are now actually rebadged Hisense TVs. is this true also for this model?

I read Sharp TVs are reliable but if it's true it's Hisense underneath, I am not so sure.

The other brand and model I am comparing this to is the slightly cheaper and smaller 65 inch Panasonic GX740 smart tv. The specs seems bit better than the sharp one above (except for not being 70inch and running on Android).

i'm currently using a Panasonic 50inch smart TV too for >6 years now.

Thinking of making a change and going for a larger android TV like this Sharp 4TC70AL1X. Would it be a wiser choice over the GX740, with respect to reliability and performance..
