I tried to pay water bill since 3 days ago but have been getting this error. Anyone has the same issue or know how to fix it?

same happened here. but better dont send IC thru email. it is not safe. any of the employees who has access to customer service Emails can just download your IC and who knows what they do with your IC?

And i m gonna share my experience here. I applied thru app and after 2 weeks it is still "pending". then i contacted CS and told me to wait and be patient. After a few months still pending then i gave up. Then after that i checked my status it says "unverified". I tried to verify again it says my IC has been used to verify another account. better beware

Yes I have reported to them and asked them for investigation. They told me their system has some mistake and linked my IC to another account. Lousy.
Can u imagine such big "mistake"? If they can link my IC to another person they can also link my credit card saved to another account. I have stopped using RP. I dont trust them.

I did not send them thru email. If send thru app also such thing could happen imagine someone send thru email.

Yes first thing I asked is to close/suspend the acc. However they took 2 weeks to reply me and only told me that the ic has been "returned" to my acc and help me verified.

Not only safety is a big concern using rp. Their staff efficiency is also questionable

Well u can use grabpay end of month usually have bonus points like 5k or 3k etc.

But my point of my previous post is that u said u still havent gotten ur cb and need to wait until end of month to see, I'm just telling u that grabpay topup is not eligible for mbb cb so u don't have to wait lol

Not only server error but they tied my ic to a wrong account. Told me it is coding issue. Sohai to the max. Long story short, I submitted ic but keep showing pending then failed. Then after few months I try to submit again they said my ic has been used. Turned out they used the ic I submitted to tie it to a wrong account. #boycottrazer
