what abuse ? it will never happen to razerpay that only accepts debit card for wallet reload

Hi bro, I tried to use the 15% discount coupon to pay Syarikat Air Johor SAJ water bill, but don't know when to apply. Instruction doesn't seems to work, can help?


Coupon already in Pocket. I clicked on [Bill Payment] > [Water] > [Air Johor] then PayBills page appear


Key in the account number and amount, then clicked [PAY] n it asked for [CONFIRM] where am I suppose to select the discount coupon?
