Have to say all support staff in this country are hopeless.

Had a missing RM5 topup using Razerpay to my Digi number on 1/7. Made a report, etc. Sent screenshots, etc. A few email back & forth, etc. So far so good.

Today's latest reply is "We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Upon checking, reload was successful for this phone number xxx, RM5.00, 08/07/19 10:21."
...which is true btw.

Bunch of morons.

I believe the strategy is to make you think that you are dealing with a bunch of moronic idiots and that the time and effort is really not worth it just to get back the missing RM5*. I think I'll just give up. You win Razerpay.

Goddamn Razerpay, every time I answer their email repeating to them that one of my topups did not go to my phone. They always answer "We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Upon checking, reload was successful for this phone number 60112138xxxx, RM5.00, xx/07/19 10:xx"

I already called Digi. On their side, they can only see one reload. They can't do anything about the missing reload cause it never reached their system. :-( But will call again tomorrow and see what they say.

I think no need also can use. Mine has no access to SMS. Photos not sure, Location yes.

Maybe in Settings? I'm using an iPhone, so far it only ask for access to location, camera and maybe photos. Never ask for SMS yet.

Has anyone received a call from Razerpay before? Cos today my wife received a call claiming to be them. She also blur because while there's a Razerpay wallet in her name, she doesn't really use it at all. Will try to get more details from her later. Dunno legit or scam call.

I dunno yet. Just know that she got the call. Later will ask more details about it.

As it turned out the call to my wife is from Razerpay. I believe they were following up on the missing RM5 topup and probably called to inform her that it's been resolved. I don't actually know because my wife didn't know what they were talking about and promptly hung up on them. Oops.

Anyway the missing RM5 topup made and reported on 1/7 is now resolved. Razerpay made a replacement RM5 topup to the number on the 8th.

Mine is fine here. Checked the 10% All merchant coupon and "4513 stores in total" came up quite fast with the store list.
