Does anyone experience difficulty in changing their login password? I am trying to change my login password and eventhough my password fulfilled their criteria; I am being prompted update password failed.

I am in reach with the CS, but just wondering if anyone here experienced that and had gotten it fixed.

I'm not able to use 15% off (online voucher) when I pay using RP through Elinking apps.

It didn't pop me to scan QR code when I do payment. Only show the wallet amount.

I saw a RP Top up.Bills poster at 7-11.

Few months ago did't accept RP to pay TNB, not sure if they change the policy

I saw the poster at the 7-11 entrance which said can accept RazerPay for bills payment including TNB bill.
That's why I'm curious and asked here why there's a discrepancy.
