is the price negotiable and can test drive beforehand?

To be honest, this is priced to go, but would be willing to look at it a little bit more. A test ride is definitely possible; owner to drive with you in the car and if you need anything simulated (accelerate, brake, etc) you can request. As this is a fairly urgent sale, don't want to have any potential risks that could impact the sale. Hope you understand. Please feel free to give me a call to discuss this if keen.

Deposit has been received, buyer's loan approved, Puspakom B5 and B7 will be completed today.

Car is now sold, tq LYN.

For those who are curious, just to share some steps:

1) Buyer to view car
2) Buyer pays deposit to seller
3) Seller to complete Puspakom B5 and B7 inspection (cash purchase B5 only)
4) Buyer loan application -- preferably same bank as seller, so direct , internal transfer
5) JPJ thumbprint -- transfer of ownership (both parties; can be done in two locations i.e. seller in KL, buyer in PG)
6) Seller handover car to buyer

Additional tips:
1) For B5 and B7 inspection, it is best to remove the car's tint to reduce chance of failure
2) End to end process can take up to 2 weeks; mostly paperwork for loan approaval
