Father of Human Capital Development,
the one-hour documentary will focus on the development of human capital.
Abdullah started as a public service administrator in 1964.
Abdullah had often emphasised the development of humanity skills as the most important capital in the country.
"For Tun Abdullah, mere physical achievements would not be meaningful, if they were not balanced with the human element, which is human capital that is trained, knowledgeable, of good character, skilled, with integrity and capable of highly intellectual thinking," said Jefridin.
