Been looking for a new monitor. please recommend a reliable monitor.

usages:
-some games like dota 2, dmc 5 (not really hardcore/competitive)
-stream a lot movies/ dramas online, twitch and youtube
-read PDF eBooks
-coding sometimes.

requirements:
->=24"
-minimum 1080
-nice colour production
-low response time
-VA or IPS (No TN panels)
-prefer bezel-less but still open to those with thin bezels.
-have height adjustment, tilt and rotate feature.
-144hz?(Do I need this? will this increase the quality of media watching experience?)

was eyeing on the Samsung LC24FG73FQEXXM but unable to find it anywhere in lowyat.

For gaming, I highly suggest going for 144hz, going from 60Hz to 144Hz makes a world of difference.

Try and take a look at Acer ED273A (VA Panel with Freensync)

I been looking at Viewsonic 27" curve 144hz, now with Raya promotion.
Only thing is that doesnt come with height adjustment...and other similar model with height adjustment at much higher price.
