Heard that Tropicana cancel Tropicana Paradise Entertaiment hub? Any owners to share thoughts ?

Personally feel like it’s a misrepresentation from the developers. As it used to be a USP to TwinPines Suites@Tropicana Grandhill.

Hopefully it’s still within the similar proximity from TwinPines @ Trop Grandhill and not another “proposed” entertaiment hub to launch their nxt phase.

It’s more on the problem of getting water supply instead of environmental problem. Environmental could be one of the cause but not the main one. It’s challenging to get water supply in GH.

I doubt so…unless purchasers is okay to forfeit the initial payment made while signing the SPA.

Haha why don’t deal with buyers directly. No need to pay agent comission and some owners might even share their referral with you.

So far we have a fb group for Grandhill owners.

Not many updates tho. Still foundation stage.

Maybe better to wait until the reveal of Pavillion Genting. That provides more certainty.

It’s an initiatives of some owners in bringing the owners together to have a platform to discuss. Plz do not take other initiatives for granted ya….not easy to set up.

Yes indeed the progress have been quite far behind from the mentioned development. SA did mention high chances of LADs kicking in for early batches owners. As for later batches, they were asked to sign a letter of acknowledgement to accept the date of completion would be on a later date.
