hopefully most would buy for own family holiday or retirement home use, and not for short term rentals which would surely cause nuisances... you can imagine the profiteering mindset of these operators

The announcement is to call off the MOU signing with PowerChina whereby we have revised the 308-acre masterplan to offer low density, exclusive bungalow/villa lots. This revision is done in consideration of environmental factors. We will be recreating another signature development with commercial offerings and some entertainment components within Gohtong Jaya, which will be announced in due time.

2 years since project launch and the foundation is still incomplete with construction appearing stalled and maybe abandoned, let's see if and how Danny Tan will worm out of paying LAD or worse cut corners with sub-standard material substitution and safety compromises ...

The construction progress has fallen so far behind Antara and XTD even though these 2 were launched much later ... does Tropicana has cash flow problem due to poor sales of TP, Paradise and Breez Hill
