1. According to GMaps, nearest hospital I believe is at Gombak. Otherwise, there's a wellness hub catering to minor treatments within walking distance and also some clinics at Genting Permai & Gohtong. For major issues better go KL for treatments.

Genting is under Pahang, nearest hospital under the jurisdiction will be Bentong Hospital, if need ICU will be Kuantan hospital they'll refer to

2. I don't think landslides can be prevented but seeing other projects like these on the hills, I think they have to be checked and approved before even starting the constructions.
