The construction progress has fallen so far behind Antara and XTD even though these 2 were launched much later ... does Tropicana has cash flow problem due to poor sales of TP, Paradise and Breez Hill https://youtu.be/GH89TY8AkKA?si=FaILpkBgcLi1dBhq&t=409

Yes indeed the progress have been quite far behind from the mentioned development. SA did mention high chances of LADs kicking in for early batches owners. As for later batches, they were asked to sign a letter of acknowledgement to accept the date of completion would be on a later date. |
