i have active hotlink number but i can’t port out
why hotlink reject ppl from porting out?

your number is still active or not?

You have to keep your number active/not-expired to be able to port out; so cepat go reload la.

Huu in that case, no other reason to reject dy..... you could either call Hotlink or go to their service centre to find out.

I'd check the particulars used to register the Hotlink number, against the ones in the port-in request. That's the next thing that normally comes to mind after ensuring that the line is active.

I think typo makes a difference? Just wondering...

Normal la... first time requesting port out always kena reject one... must call hotline and scold them kaw kaw only they will say it's a mistake and will release immediately
