One of the excellent access is the 18-acres development of Shopping Mall with NLA 700,000 sq.ft (Phase 1), 400 rooms of 4 star Hotel managed by KSL Hotel & Resort, a 600 units of Service Apartment.

Poor location. I doubt many Klang people will go there as it is actually quite a distance away. They rather go to the nearer Aeon Bukit Tinggi. This mall will only attract people from nearby Teluk Panglima Garang and those kampungs nearby.
However this developer seems to be active in holding events for its projects. Maybe events can attract some crowd. Tha mall may survive but wont do well.
I think so far no progress yet.

Niamah that place is nearer to sijangkang than klang lah
Anyway it can be said as a place to spruce up the kampung area yet i can also say that's a shitty rempit kamoung area

Considering the spending of surrounding neighborhood, it should be medium to low end mall. Heard from KSL people that Aeon Max Value has confirmed to go in the mall, as well as cinema but she didn't reveal which operator.
