Last time I tried it, it was horrible. Weekends the network is congested, and browsing internet on phone becomes very slow. Also their limited service centers are always packed, so have to wait 1 hour or more every time.

This was 2+ years ago, maybe they improved....now no idea.

I am currently using the GX50 plan, so far am satisfied with it.

Cannot expect super fast speed, good enough for me to online, watch SD vids on YouTube and Netflix.

Unlimited data so I have no worries on my data usage, just whether my time enough or not ehehe.

For RM50/month, what more to expect right.

Whereas my wife using Digi, also around RM 50/month, but at night her connection is quite bad.

But when in good reception area, her speed super fast la.

lol, dunno what plan I'm using.. last check is power plan few years back, still using that prepaid till now.

pros: cheap, got this rm1/day extension validity incase you lupa topup then need use mobile data/call, 1 month that function can use 5x only by deducting your current credit.
so far I 3 month no topup oledi becoz ada wifi everywhere I go, keep number alive with that function.. since I hardly do any call my credit also macam wasted accumulated till rm100++ doing the monthly buy 30 last time.

cons: signal coverage dem farking worse than digi, hence why I seldom make call out.
pretty much their only problem is coverage, signal dem weak you get 4g also not working sometimes. test your area first.

Rubbish network coverage, everything else is okay. If you travel a lot outside of asia, get celcom.

Oklah unlimited and very cheap
Coverage quite good except certain building certain floor. Probably because umobile don't invest in small antenna infra at small building like Celcom anda Maxis

Check coverage in your home and office first to know got signal or not, if got quite good but sometimes when you is in a restaurant at a mall there is no signal because no signal relay infra installed in that mall particular floor

No money need unlimited quota use umobile
No money need coverage stability use low quota Maxis and Celcom plan

Got money just buy Maxis/Celcom high quota plan for ease of mind

I'm neither a heavy data user nor a demanding customer. Using their cheapest postpaid U28 plan. Usage is minimal, some phone calls, mostly Whatsapp, socmed, gaming and surfing. Free video data between 2am and 10am is a bonus.

In city areas, no problems other than some blindspots that I think every telco also has. I believe they have invested in expanding and improving their network so I can only get better.

depends on ur area's coverage. and depends on your usage and your expectation. Then u go for the Telco n plan that suit u the most.
