Anyone having slow loading issue when open ShopeePay QR code ? like it has to load at least 5-6sec before showing QR and even longer when process payment

Zus (over the counter) cannot use ShopeePay?
Failed to pay with Spaylater when there are so many vouchers in my account lmao

I didn't use voucher (not meeting minimum spend) but feeling funny payment transaction keep failed when Shopee keep promoting Zus

Okay maybe my statement is confusing but here's what happened yesterday:

I go Zus store order coffee -> tell staff I wan pay by ShopeePay -> Staff scan my ShopeePay QR -> Payment failed -> Refresh app and let them rescan -> still failed -> show barcode instead -> yeap still failed -> staff say cannot use ShopeePay and suggest me to pay with other method

No I didn't intend to use any voucher, I just feel funny Zus promoting heavily in Shopee yet my payment using ShopeePay at Zus store failed.

Not sure is it app issue or my account issue because this happened before too when I buy Chagee and HeyTea.
Chagee scan my QR 5-6 times before payment finally go through ( made queue so long behind so embarrassing 😭) while HeyTea ask me to scan their QR instead after second attempt.

Anyone has issue using 1 Sen voucher ?
I literally confirm the voucher applies before show my QR code to cashier yet the final payment no discount applied although min spend met

Happens twice to me...don't know is it to "encourage" me use new app =.=

I'm still using old app too...the transaction loading is getting slower nowadays and still need backtracked for such situation I just hope the ppl queue behind don't hit me lmao
