app issue does not mean money disappear la

if you have concern/paranoid on putting money into app/software-based "fund storage", then ewallets are not suitable for you.


each emoney licensee must maintain capital that is equal/more than user funds. if shopeepay or other ewallets collapse, they are obligated to refund every single cents back to you.

Some people lost something in the Shopee games, need to restart again, a few hours wasted. Hmm.

I doubt so, i thought it's a forever thing? Has someone been reset previously?

No one really knows. I've been given a clean slate automagically after 1.5 moons. There was no notice given. I simply try from time to time.

However, it's worth noting, I noticed the size of their app shrunk, so it's possible that this is only temporary to provide relief to their bloated app and overloaded system. And I did not use any vouchers during the double login, which could be another reason.

Edit : I think this is the way moving forward. Double dip your cashback credit cards with Shoppee Pay for extra 1% coinback. If use competitors, no cashback to x% starback.
