Try topping up with cash at 711 then if it is failed confirm your account is totally blocked

I also can't top up shopee pay through any means including my linked bank account. I'm a long term and regular Shopee user, buy household and normal small value items every day, and one phone only. Never had an issue for years but today couldn't top up. I contacted CS and they said nothing is wrong with my account. They asked me to top up using bank account but I every method failed. I've just emailed them again and waiting for update.

I feel very uncomfortable posting here with all the arguments, but for the sake of people facing a similar situation as me:

Last update from Shopee is that it looks like there's a technical issue and they asked me to send a video showing my attempt to top up via the various methods failing. I sent the video yesterday night and they replied saying they have escalated and it may take 3-5 working days for team to revert. At no stage in the process did they ask me to confirm anything about my identity or transactions, nor did they indicate that any of my activities are suspicious. Despite my Shopee pay problem I still use Shopee for all the small grocery items, kids milk, exactly as normal but just pay directly via CC. It's not a massive problem for me but just irritating when I can't use certain Shopeepay vouchers.

At least got some notice d now .. Lol

every email to Shopee to follow up the issue will be replied by different CS and after few emails they will ask you to do the same things again like the first few emails. hahaha really bunch of brainless CS.
