Maybe by next year, you can transfer the credit between all the ewallets and bank accounts, via DuitNow platform. It is more like fund transfer than payment.
Next phase after ewallets join DuitNow QR.

Any problem to claim tax relief (~24% savings) with this kind of payments appear in statements?

No PAM in East Malaysia including Kuching, because most of the payees are not so relevant to those staying in East Malaysia.

You can only get someone to be at a PAM in West Malaysia, then you WhatsApp him/her the payment barcode, he/she only have a few seconds to complete the payment ya (the payment code is valid for 60 seconds only), I haven't tried but hopefully it will work, unless ShopeePay is too smart to track the location.

Nando's and Mr DIY also allowed > 1x/month now.

There is no promo specially created for Digi.
Only 1x daily RM3 CB to any of eligible merchants (Note: NOT 1x per merchant) , ending on 30/6/21 but should be extended to 31/12/21. Most likely - First 10000 transactions per day.
However, the merchant may opt-out or ShopeePay may remove any eligible merchant anytime!
