Me's rule of thumb is like this:
Just ignore the "Deposits" and "Bonus" thingy. Just monitor the total balance in ShoPay account.

Eg:
Current balance = RM 100 (don't care about the "Deposits" and "Bonus" breakdown).

Next tranx = RM 15 (say with RM 3 CB) = RM 12

The next balance "should be":
= RM100 minus RM12
= RM 88.

Now, the next balance amount (ie RM 88) will appear roughly around 60 seconds "Cooling Period" AFTER the trax is done. So, don't panic if see RM 85 in the balance immediately after the trax.  It'll increase to RM 88 AFTER about 60 seconds "Cooling Period".

If we keep on monitoring the Bonus and detail tranx breakdown, we will get confused easily....

tested that coins are not counted in the total spending. the limit is outgoing money from shoppeepay wallet only. In other words, use real money to buy fake coins is counted, use fake coins to pay real money is not.

Oh, I just found out today that in exchange for all the goodies shoppee is giving, we consent their app to dig through our phone's storage. Worse than phone rooting.

Sounds like bank security measure. Or could be just one time issue.

usually happens when login on multiple devices. it's tied to 1 active phone. once you switch over another phone, you'll have to auth by SMS. you also have to SMS each time you login to a new computer.

so either it's a one off problem or you/someone logged in through another phone.

Failed to reload shopeepay and it prompts for device authentication code. Received the code by sms and then only successful. First time encountered this.
