i don't think so, unless after discount voucher, total amount below RM5, minimal RM5 to join lucky draw.

Both above rm5 after discount.

Went thru HISTORY for 2 accounts, trx details r there but no lucky draw.
Not all merchant participating in lucky draw?

no need to click before payment.
but after payment click the lucky draw button to get the reward

2 accounts!!! i think shopee link your 2 accounts together, mean 2 accounts share 2 lucky draw per day.
check your history record, is it account A use 2 lucky draw then account B no more lucky draw.
or each account only 1 lucky draw, depend on which account use first.
my experience as long as merchant QR code can get lucky draw even online QR code.

I still can pay using pay bills - Astro inside Shopee app and checkout using Spaylater.

Maybe there is a hiccup you can try again. But I tried in-app just now I can still checkout using Spaylater to pay Astro bill in-app.
