Recently saw this new TV Box in Facebook, Youtube and Shopee, would like to check any1 here is using this? How is the performance?

They charged around RM530 - RM600 which inclusive of US, China, Taiwan, MY&SG and other country live channel and also provides some VOD.

Appreciate your feedback on this.

Smooth but not perfectly.
Cloud TV EN,MY,CN
Most channel are 1080p/720p quality,but some tw channel looks like 480p.Malaysia tv1,2,3,7,8,9 not so clear( using myfreeview TV source) and some Chinese astro channel don't have subtitle.
china and sg channel very clear.(channel 8 ,u ,etc.)

VOD
Have latest china,hk drama ,got s08,07,movie
Tw drama outdated🤧

Official price is RM580
Recommend 5mbps or above,4mbps will buff when watch 1080p.

So majority of the channel lists listed is workable? is it keep buffering or smooth like u say?
I saw in shopee now some 550, 530, 500...got diff price.

Yes, smooth,depends on your network speed ,mine using 4mbps
VOD 4mbps enough ,live TV will bufferring with 4mbps ,need 5mbps or above . Netflix and YouTube also work smoothly with 4mbps ,4k not tested yet.

Using this SVI Cloud tvbox now. I would say this is by far the best iptv I've use....

The UI, playback feature, VOD, auto channels update, video clarity....

Which apps you are using ? As far as I know many of these apps have trial period. After using for a while, trial period are over, then you have to pay subscription.

For eg cloud TV will need subscription. After trial period is over, it becomes useless.

Been using it for a month, so far there were some hiccups on & off. But their CS is very helpful, usually solve the issue very fast.

I can't tell which app need to pay for subscription, but this TVBOX is meant for lifetime services (unless being crackdown).

Finally i tested the box, so far so good.
lot of live channel from Chinese to English.
VOD kind of less compared to other app.

Mine Malaysia Live app (see image) has gone missing. Can't find the Apk to reinstall. Anyone knows where I can download the app. Went to SVi Cloud Malaysia's website. No contact number or company. Scan the QR code on the box only link you to WeChat app only with no contact.

Can someone extract the app and upload.

Just play play get free 1 day test account before buy. Everything ok only vod got sound without video. Ask seller how? Seller say maybe your tv not support. ??? Wtf..
Direct install to tv sony bravia 4k android. Disappointed, i won't buy already.

SVI GO Apps is not support on all Android Tv yet, becoz of the decoding and just lauching on this apps, u may try the tvbox is works well on every TV with super clear movie smile.gif

After tvbox update, the launcher wont load and continue to boot loop. Eventhough there is one to one exchange, warranty, the seller asking me to contact the distributor. Then the distributor in return asking me to contact the seller. What is this man.

This problem might be caused by certain hardware not having native h265 video decoding which is required for VOD. Other users, pls help verify if it's not too much trouble smile.gif

Hi bro, recently I bought svi cloud 3 pro tvbox but the audio freeze every few minute but video is smooth.

Seller insist that it is server problem but my friend don’t have this problem.

Any idea what’s the problem with my device?

What is your internet connection type? Fibre or mobile LTE? or VDSL2 copper?

Is your app up to date?

Have you try changing HW decoding to SW decoding or the other way in its video settings?
Did you change the default settings before?

I’m using unifi 300Mbps, currently connected via ASUS RT-AC86U 5Ghz WiFi.

Yes all the applications are updated to latest.
Performed one time factory reset as well.

Everything is in default setting, never tweak the setting around.

I contacted seller but he said it’s server problem. Buy my friends insisted that my device is at fault because his box is no problem at all.

not sure the bundle svi apps, but svi go default using software render, seller always recommend us to change manually to hardware

I am using unifi 100mbps and also asus rt-ac86u. However, the asus router you are using is know to have weak wifi. I am guessing your problem is the wifi. I am using homeplug directly connecting to the router. Wired is much more stable.

That is still relying on wifi. Like I said, that device have wifi issue. Not wifi signal issue. It is not good especially when you have few devices connected to it. If you can connect the router next to it then just get a network cable and connect to see if problem solved or at least improved.

The router need to pull long cable about 4metre away so it’s not optimal. It’s not reasonable that the I use my friend 3S could watch using WiFi smoothly but 3 pro not able to do it.

Their customer service all no reply and seller refused to return. I’m confused now what to do next.

When it’s connected LAN cable, the problem seemed to be fix. But seller keep accused that their server problem..

Did you bring his to your house to test see if it can also runs smoothly like at his place?

Have you tried switching to hardware rendering/decode in the settings? During channel playback, press the 3 line menu button or similar. A menu will appear which you can change video decoding mode.

Your friend's box using cable or WiFi?

Haven’t got the chance to bring his unit to my place though.

I don’t find any setting about this in my unit, tried to press more option but not managed to find it.

He’s using WiFi as well my the router is the one provided by TM

Same plan with mine 300Mbps Unifi

They sent me a message and told me to wait for one month and the issue might be solved.

But my friend has the exact same unit and has no problem with it.

Their business model seemed fishy and not warrant their warranty or promise. Once unit is sold, it’s not their problem anymore. Push away all the responsibility and told me that not every unit can run the movie smoothly..

Anybody can advise what can I do next?

Go and find the shop directly bring your box along and let him test on the spot? Don't forget your receipt as proof of purchase.

Why don't you bring your friend's unit and test it at your place to confirm. If it works, then confirm your unit is faulty. That will be used as evidence for warranty claim. Remember to take photos.

Why don't you bring your friend's unit and test it at your place to confirm. If it works, then confirm your unit is faulty. That will be used as evidence for warranty claim. Remember to take photos.

Take picture as proof for side to side comparison of your box and your friend's. Say how come his works fine yours doesn't with all conditions the same. You should be able to claim your warranty.

I see something went wrong with your box settings/file system inside.

In the meantime find a app called SD Maid Pro, do a full system scan and remove all "green" colored folders/files. See if it helps.

Sounds like you've gotten a bootleg/clone box there which isn't from directly endorsed by SVI for Malaysian market.

The reason why their official customer service channel didn't want to entertain your requests, maybe was because when you told them the name of the reseller shop which sold you the box wasn't in their certified list.

Did you buy the box at price way cheaper than their official recommended suggested listing price?

How I wish I am the devil as you described in no.4 so that I would not deal with this mess and constantly headache about this amount of money.

Just for your information, the customer service not even asked for any MAC address of my device or any verification of my identity to prove I bought the device which in my opinion their customer service really unreliable.

Aside from that, they have no intention to take responsibility and warrant the 1 year one to one exchange.
They just keep saying that third party could only reply on my matter after one month. Technician take one month to search for problem but what I observed is they have no such technician handle the problem, it just exhaust the customer and eventually give up since we as the customer that buying tvbox which is kinda illegal know we can’t do anything legal action against them, might as well absorb the damage and keep quiet.

Nowadays FB too much of netizen, they most probably say padan muka buy tvbox, subscribe Astro etc.

I myself subscribe to Netflix, Apple TV and hypptv until my colleague introduced me svicloud.

They don't want to be blamed for stealing people's private details and selling them. The least you could do is produce the seller's receipt with his company's name the price you bought it, it's model no., enquire about his certification validity and a screenshot of your box's detail plate sticker?

That is probably the source of their distrust and don't want to disclose to them your MAC but just made the complain. They are afraid of competitors trying to disguise as problematic customers trying to find faults with them.

Earlier they told you to wait 1 month to see things improves, if you are patient type who doesn't want to bang table with the store who sold you the unit then you should wait if things improves if not you better pay him a visit demand a unit replacement which works or else you will report him to official SVI Cloud Malaysia channel for misusing his certification and file a police report for scam.

Clearly this is a dispute between a dishonest seller and customer. The official distributor for Malaysia for SVI Cloud probably don't want to interfere since they don't now much about your case. As also proven your case is somewhat isolated, no other SVI Cloud customers are complaining on their FB or contact channels.

Hi guys... I'm new to this android/TV box. I was recommended few models by friends and shops. The Svicloud - 3s =399, 3P = 550 & 3Pro = 650. There are also model like the louie longtv = 399, SQ2 = 399, Beelink Gt King = 499 and Tx6 = 230. I'm a little confused since I'm new to this technology. hi, just bought my svi cloud 3pro.
I connect directly via HDMI cable to my TV (sharp aqua 10 years old)

However, every time i on my tvbox, there will be no sound from my tv.
I need to unplug then plug in again the hdmi cable, then only the sound comes back.

Is this my TV issue or the box issue?

Hope some one with such experience can guide me.

I even changing the port where I plug into TV. yet still the same.
Seller said they tested before ship and everything is fine.

Anyone knows how to get rid of the juddering and shadow issue of those bluray kdrama vod? Also those names are so confusing for series sometimes, they put everything in chinese pin yu. I hv encounter subs sometimes got error, e.g english will come out bahasa but no way to report such error?

Yes, seems like SVI Cloud wifi is not good (probably they put in a very cheap wifi chip in it?). My Amazon Firestick (no external antenna) put behind the TV and have great connection and fast while my SVI Cloud *has external antenna) put it in open area, the signal is low and lagging.
Anyway we can improve the wifi connection. Also the remote is not working all the time. I have to press it multiple times in order for it to move. I assume they have put in a very cheap bluetooth chip in it as well. :-D Anyway we can improve it.

Hi, possible to install SVI Go into smart tv and run from there without tv box?

Just got my svi cloud plus. Didn't want to splurge extra 100 ringgit on the 4gb model as I don't find much merit.so far day 1 been using it it's good. Everything is smooth as silk. Just some channels are not active for viewing. That's not a concern as they're not the Popular channels. One big concern is the soc is very hot. I think on full load it's pushing above 80 degrees Celsius. 20 degrees more than my old TV box. Any of you guys manage to fit a beefy cooler or fan to lower down the temps?

You can try and see as this application is not from playstore.
Need to ask seller for the link to download the application.
It depends on your TV Specification, if too low then Live or VOD part might lag.
Getting a box is better to ensure quality is the best for you.
Some people tried on android box and some complaint that no sounds and no display like blank screen.

Welcome to SVI Cloud Family. I bought SVI Cloud Pro during 6.6 offer price.
I chat with the seller that SVI Cloud Plus and Pro version almost the same.
Just that Storage and RAM differences only. You can report to SVI Cloud hotline if any channels are down.
You can use cooler fan to cool down. Seen some seller provide cooler fan as gift for cooling the box.

Been watching Malaysia Live Channel (Astro Xing He) all this while all the TVB old dramas is in mandarin suddenly this few days turn to Canto.. Anyone Xing He (Channel 319) still mandarin version? Mine is SViCloud 6K

U gonna throw away all the China box.
Speaking from UI. Can’t beat chromecast and the best part it support Atmos.

haha okok. UI experience is not an issue cos the tv box is for parent to watch drama n movie only.

i see. still thinking to get the SVI tvbox or a tvbox with svi go. SVI tvbox itself not cheap also even though lifetime subscription but how long can a tv box sustain. laugh.gif

I think box can sustain if you don't demand for 4k and high quality sound. 1080p can sustain few more years.

I doubt the iptv service provider. Server need to keep upgrade to cater high user stream and we don't know when they will get ban hammer.

SVI Go also from same SVI tvbox provider, if the IPTV service get ban mean their own tv box also get ban too? sweat.gif
